If the high street is anything to go by the floral trend is now in full bloom! Think of any item of clothing that you love and you will be sure that it is already available in a floral print. I personally adore this trend; I feel that floral prints adds an air of delicacy and femininity to any outfit.

As you can imagine when I laid my eyes on this perfect white and lilac floral playsuit from Miss Selfridges I just had to have it in my collection. Playsuits are one of this summers staple pieces, it can be worn for either informal or formal occasions. Being a simple one piece it can even take valuable time off of getting ready.

With this particular outfit I decided to pair it with my new favourite summer heels; the River Island white chunky platform sandals. These heels are just pure perfection for the summer season, they just suit any outfit that I team it with. It gives you height (being 5ft1 ½ this is much needed), are easy to wear with its Velcro straps and even comfortable on your toesies. What is not to love about them!?

Will you be bloomin’ marvelous this summer season?

I love how you’ve styled it. I too am quite short, and things like this can make short people look short & dumpy but you’ve really rocked it up.
I am in love with floral print, it will always be my favourite!

[…] For this look I decided that due to the bright sun like radiance of the coat the rest of the outfit needed to be simple. I chose to go for an all white outfit to match it; I wore my white high neck cami from Topshop with my skinny white Zara jeans. For my feet I selected these perfect white heels from River Island which you may have seen in one of my previous OOTD (Floral Passion). […]
