Boyfriend jeans; comfortable and stylish….could fashion get any better?

||TopshopHAYDEN loose fit authentic boyfriend – £42.00 // Outlet in Hong Kong – I Love Hong Kong Tee – $15.00 // New Look Parisian White Textured Blazer -£22.99 // New Look – Black Suedette Ankle Strap Open Toe Heels – £24.99 ||

This trend has been receiving nothing but adoration since the summer and seems to still be going strong. They are favourite with fashionistas and bloggers worldwide.

These particular pair of boyfriend jeans I found in my go to shop for jeans…Topshop! Being only 5ft 1 1/2 it’s quite hard to find the perfect pair of jeans that not only suit my petite frame but also fit length wise. However, the HAYDEN jeans are a great fit for me; they are a high waisted fit nipping in at the waist while still keeping with the loose-fitting boyfriend look around the thighs. You can wear theses jeans casually with a white tee and converse or dress it up with heels and a camisole, either way you will always look effortlessly chic!

For this look I decided to wear it with a black “I love Hong Kong” tee that I purchased when I was travelling around Hong Kong a few years ago. I know that as of late bloggers have been showcasing the “dressed down” look when it comes to the boyfriend jeans trend. However, I prefer it the “dressed up” boyfriend jean look, so I decided to wear a pair of barely there black heels and a white blazer both from New Look, to give a more polished look to the outfit.

What are your thoughts on the boyfriend jeans?

I am gutted I can’t get my hands on that tee – the shape is incredible and so flattering! Everything about this outfit is awesome.
